Perfect hotel situated so close to the lake and all the town has to offer. The meals were amazing with lots to choose from at breakfast and the four course evening meal had plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were more than happy to assist with any changes . The standards in the hotel were extremely high. All the staff were very helpful and they helped make a very enjoyable week. Hope to revisit again in the future.
A small thing Very few electrical sockets in the room only one spare but we had to crawl under desk space to reach which isn’t great when your a bit senior!

Wonderful Location and view to Garda lake. Spacious rooms and bath. Terrace was a cheerful surprize. Hotel reception and conceirge were quite helpful and cooperative.
Breakfast staff can be described as knowing nothing about customer service. They started removing food while we were still eating claiming that time was out. They spoiled our stay and we decided to check out earlier 2 days earlier than our plan. The hotel administration should consider serious rearrangement of restaurant investor /operator.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the charming promenade and buzzing local dining options. Our room was modern and super clean. The garden and pool area were meticulously maintained.
The inconsistent internet connectivity was quite frustrating , especially for planning daily activities.

Hotel was lovely quiet, I really enjoyed the stay.
Overall it was a nice size and airy, with a private bathroom. Every member of the staff was extraordinary service-minded and professional.

The Location was excellent right on the Lake and the staff very helpful and friendly.
The Hotel lacked atmosphere in the bar in the evenings. It also lacked little touches that would have made a difference and gave the impression of being in need of a bit of a facelift in certain areas. Breakfast was dissapointing - no fresh fruit prepared, cereals limited, no museli.

Easy access to salo, great view.
WiFi unstable in rooms. Easy to fix! Would be nice if they had a small stock of the local tourist office brochure of the town. Hair drier useless! (600 watts). Standard pc plug won't fit in the wall plugs - and no converters available...

All rooms over looked the lake with either balcony or terrace. Gardens and pool well maintained and lovely with access to the lake immediate from the hotel. Trees give a natural shade when nexessary.Breakfast on terrace a treat with the food being of a high quality and variety. Staff multilingual and very helpful. The location was 5 minutes walk to the main shops and to the harbour with stunning views. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend to friends.
Rooms comfy but the layout lacked thought as no mirrors available with good lighting. Outside of hotel the decor was 'tired' and a coat of paint would certainly cheer the balconies and terrace up along with flowers rather than weeds. Bus stop opposite but the service was patchy - car made be easier if travelling around the lake when not using the ferries.

The gardens were meticulously kept, offering peaceful strolls and shady spots ideal for leisurely reading. Every corner had a cute vibe.
More shaded lounging areas by the pool would help.

A perfect location, right on the waterfront in the heart of the beautiful town of Salo.
Double rooms and triple rooms are on completely different floors so for 3 children difficult to be near parents. The hotel did in the end put an extra bed in a double for us, but it was a bit cramped.
